At the intersection of Circle Dr and Ruby lane, 8 large plots of very tall decorative grass, along the Ruby Lane side of the property at 1717 Circle Dr, block the view of oncoming traffic from the east. These need to be removed.

Please assess this intersection (Fairview and 13th) at the top of a slight hill with a stop sign. The massive honeysuckle bush on the east side of Fairview obstructs view of stop sign until you are right up to the stop sign. Additionally, when you are stopped at 13th st and looking east there are oftentimes vehicles parked in front of the residence and the view to the east is blocked. I don't know how the yellow painted curbs to prohibit parking near stop signs are determined but this intersection may need something to prevent vehicles from parking right up to the stop sign. When attempting to exit S Euclid onto W 2nd St. it is impossible to see traffic on W 2nd to turn onto W 2nd. There are flowers and weeds on both east and west sides that make this intersection unsafe.

The bushes alongside the east side of Fairview have grown out and over obscuring the 'no parking' sign. Over the past two years, there has been an increase in commercial vehicles (tree trimmers/landscapers) as well as delivery trucks thinking it is okay to park in front of a stop sign on a slight hill. This is obstructing the view of the intersection and creating a dangerous situation when vehicles are forced into oncoming traffic to pull around the stopped vehicle. Combine that with the reckless drivers who are speeding on 13th street, oftentimes taking the turn from 13th to go south on Fairview at very high speeds, and the result is a dangerous situation. Please improve the line of sight. Thank you.

Overgrown bushes and trees on the property of 604 Swain St are not only obstructing the view of the stop sign at the corner of E University and Swain but also hits car windshields and pedestrians trying to walk along the side of the street which has no sidewalk.

Regarding uReport Case #183611: Nothing has been done about this issue (last communication was on 5/1/2023 by Michael Stewart). The issue: What looks like Bushes growing on the northwest corner of the intersection at High St and E Southdowns Dr are obstructing the view of cars on Southdowns wanting to pull out onto High Street. We cannot see cars in the southbound lane of High St until the last second before they reach the stop sign. Many drivers on High St don't come to a complete stop UNLESS they see a car on Southdowns. Please cut the bushes back so those of us on Southdowns can see what's coming from the north and cars on High St can see us further in advance, BEFORE they reach the stop sign.
