The trees and brush are overgrown at the intersection of N. Walnut Street and Old State Road 37. As you are pulling off of State Road 37 to go south on Walnut Street the line of sight is very bad looking south. Sometimes people run the red light, going North on Walnut Street, and it is almost too late for those coming off of State Road 37.
Mr Zinman called to tell me that he feels that the intersection of Clariz onto Moores Pike is unsafe. He feels that there is a line of sight problem with this intersection and somthing should be done. I told him that I would talk to Bill Williams and Tim Hanson about it.
When pulling out from the Recycling Center on to Walnut trees are blocking the view if you are looking North. The trees are in front of the National Gaurd Armory.
The business owners at 403 S. College Avenue states that there is a line of sight problem for traffic looking to the north as they are pulling off of Smith Avenue onto College Avenue due to hedges/bushes in front of 349 & 349 1/2 S. College Avenue.

There is brush that has overgrown at the southwest corner of Brownridge Road and S. Smith Road. The brush has come out onto the roads. The citizen knew that the City trims back the brush if it is in the city right-of-way.
The line of sight problem is at the intersection of Heather Drive and the east leg of Laurel Court. When you travel south on Laurel Court and approach the intersection with Heather Drive, there is no stop sign on the right side and the stop sign on the left side is obstructed by tree branches. WHEN YOU ARE GOING NORTH ON JEFFERSON STREET APPROACHING 8TH STREET, THERE IS A BLIND HILL THAT CAUSES A DANGEROUS LINE OF SIGHT PROBLEM. The alley half way between Cottage Grove & 11th on to N. Grant . There is a problem with evergreen trees that are overgrown on the extreme north west corner of 401 E. Cottage Grove. You can't see to pull out of the alley , when you are turning left onto Grant ( the est side of the road.)
