Very restricted line of sight at the intersection of W. Countryside Lane and Rockport Road.
trees and bushes obstruct view at Highland and Azalea lane. Sorry, I previously submitted report and erronously typed Azalea and Keri Marie. Highland was what I meant (runs past YMCA and Bloomington Learning Center)
There is a tree on E. Moore's Pike just east of the intersection with Olcott Blvd. that obstructs the view as one exits Olcott onto Moore's Pike. This is in the tree plot and makes it difficult to judge oncoming traffic @ the top of the hill to the east.
Line of sight is obstructed by trees on S. College Ave when turning left onto College from Smith St.
This person has complained about the line of sight issue along Highland between 1st and East Maxwell Lane. He walks along these streets and states that the cars park to close to the sidewalk in the parking lots and the bushes are overgrown. Would like this issue addressed.
Initial complaint received by the Community and Family Resources Department. Mr. Ron Deckard who lives at 1118 S. Madison states that the shrubs at 1117 S. Rogers block the the of the street.
Low hanging branches and overgrowth from City street trees is causing issues with school bus drivers (they've told me that they cannot see children at their stops here or on-coming vehicle traffic due to this overgrowth). Please trim trees and remove overgrowth in this area to improve visibility. Location: area just north of the intersection of Odell Drive and E. Burks Drive.
Poison Ivy leaning out over the sidewalk at face level. Northeast corner of E. 2nd and Mitchel.
There is an overhanging tree branch on the NE side of the road not far from the service station S of Blue Ridge that appears to be a near road side hazard. I noticed a Semi trailer pulled off to the side of the road yesterday very near this potential obstruction. Similarly, there are two dead tree limbs on N Dunn St near the Kenwood entrance and exit to Blue Ridge that I would also encourage their removal.
