- 7/31/2003
There is a line of sight problem for traffic going eastbound on 15th Street turning to go north on Walnut Street. There are tree branches that hang over the road and block the view of the driver.
Ms. Wruble stopped by Pubic Works Department to voice her concerns regarding a line of sight problem exiting High Speed Tire Company. She was involved in an accident recently and she stated that she could not properly see oncoming traffic before she pulled out of the parking lot. She also stated that there is no sidewalk for pedestrian use and that cars park on both sides of Madison which also inhibits line of sight.
@ High & Atwater, Eastbound traffic cannot see southbound traffic on High. Vehicles on West side of High park too close to intersection!

THE HILL ON HILLSDALE DRIVE, BETWEEN 202 & 208 S HILLSDALE, OBSTRUCTS THE VIEW OF ONCOMING TRAFFIC FOR TRAFFIC EXITING HILLSDALE COURT. THIS PROBLEM IS COUPLED WITH SOUTHBOUND TRAFFIC SPEEDING. THE PROBLEM HAS INCREASED AS HILLSDALE IS NOW USED AS A BYPASS FOR THE 46 BY-PASS
