Over grown side yard grass

Front yard is about a foot tall and was not mowed last summer. The back yard is a bamboo jungle with stalks 30-40 feet tall. The neighbors complain about more insects and snakes since this home has neglected its upkeep.

Grass has not been mowed yet this season and is at least 18 inches high. The back yard is overgrown with bamboo that is infested with insects and vermin. The bamboo is an invasive species that is spreading into neighbors yards. Please help!

Owners/occupants of this address continuously neglect their yard. Excessively tall grass and plants in front and back of property. Vacant lot across the street from 2505 S Madison has grass over 2 feet tall, again... getting really tired of babysitting this property, I know you must be as well, maybe do something more than just fine them? Just saying, you have literally years of ureport submissions from people in this neighborhood complaining about this vacant lot's owners not managing the property. Do something about it.

There is a vacant lot south of the home at 2504 S. Madison which has grass growing OVER 3 FEET TALL(which is 4 times longer than the city limit of 8 inches). Not sure who owns the lot but they clearly haven't done any maintenance this season, or for quite some time longer than that.
