Residents at Lot #74 are dumping their trash behind their trailer and in the woods directly behind their trailer. They have also been seen dumping their trash in the dumpster at Jackson Heights Apartments.
There are weeds and bushes now growing over the sidewalk. Complaintant cannot get his wheel chair down the street now. Property also has very tall grass.
Property corner of 12th & Jackson is a compete eyesore to the neighborhood, yard remains unmowed most of the time, trees have been allowed to grow out of the sidewalk, mothers w/babies in strollers have to go out into the street, and around to get through.
The neighborhood of Elm Heights is a mess. At the intersection of University and Park, the weeds and bushes cover sidewalks on both sides of the streets. Along Park, bushes cover sidewalk on both sides. Also, the NE corner of Park and 2nd St. the bushes cover the sidewalks.
Tenant moved out 10 days ago and left lots of trash in the alley behind 1211 S. Walnut St. or next to 1209 S. Walnut St. SMELLS BAD.
The three apartment buildings between 7th and 8th Streets on North College, managed by Hallmark Rentals, have unmowed yards, with very tall grass.
The garbage has been left out uncollected for the 2nd week. There are five filled garbage cans in front of the garage.
The vacant lot close to Cambridge Square, when walking toward the Post Office near I-45, has weeds overgrowing the sidewalk.
At the NE corner (4600 block) of Belle and Westwood (Highland Village), the front lawn has been cut once, and the back yard not at all this year.
