Hello, last month I received a water bill of incredible cost due to my apartment having a major leak in one of its toilets we were unaware of until the bill had arrived. Our property manager and his maintanence team was able to resolve the problem and the proof that is in the attached image.
I am wondering if there is any possible way to have a reduction in its cost! Thank you.

Hello. My name is Seung Jae, Lee and my accout number is 49236-012. I left US on May 11th and I submitted terminating my water service as well.
I have a question that I paid rest of my payment when I left my renting house(address : 2789 E.Bressingham Way, Bloomington, IN, 47401) but I found out that there is about $73 in my account. So is this amount of money belongs to me or next person who rent the house that I lived?
If you let me know how I can solve this problem, it would be great. Thanks.

For the last year, our bill has been about the exact same every month -- and the usage being listed as "3." For some reason, this month it has all of a sudden jumped to SEVEN. This seems highly unlikely, given that it is the middle of winter (therefore no lawn maintenance, etc.), we have not had any additional people moving in with us, no change in habits, etc. I would like to have someone come out and reread our meter, as I believe this is a large mistake. Or at least some explanation of what might have happened here? To go from a $40-50 bill to an $85 bill with no explanation and no changes in our household habits is just crazy. Our address is 3540 S Wickens Street (I could not get the little "choose location" thing to work for me at all).

To Whom it May Concern:
I am not reporting a problem, however, I have a question/request.
As of December 1st my current lease will expire and possession of the property will return to the property holder.
I would like to know the proper steps that I need to take that would remove the water bill from my name and place it back into the leasing agent/property holder's name.
