I am concerned about the north-south alley between E. Wilson and E. Driscoll running behind the 1300 blocks of S. Lincoln and S. Grant. The alley entrance at Wilson is not perpendicular to the street, curving onto the property at 1315 S. Lincoln. Furthermore, a large bush on the east side of the alley is blocking the sightline of the street; cars driving west on Wilson cannot see cars approaching the street from the alley, nor can cars in the alley see traffic approaching on Wilson. I request that the city straighten this part of the alley to align with the connecting north-south alleys and improve the sightline. Thank you.

On S High Street, adjacent to the back yard of 2102 E Wimbleton there is a footpath that has had some orange safety barriers on it for who knows how long. Are there any plans to fix that fence? It looks like someone ran into it ages ago.

Reponse to Jane Fleig. If Hathaway Ct. is not a city street, what kind of street is it? we are all paying city taxes? You said the developer is still responsible for maintenance and issues. The developer went bankrupt and you, the city, let the developer's bond expire. So who's responsibility is it? I believe it is the city's. It's been turned over to you. The city needs to add a drain on the curb. It was installed in the wrong location. UReport 180700

The NE corner of 7th & Waldron at the street level was torn up MONTHS ago during the Near Westside sidewalk and ramp work. This corner has never been either completed or the pavement restored. When will this finally be finished? I see this as an issue as we go into the rainy winter, where this area will be more prone to icing, which will create a potential road hazard.

On the north side of the newly-paved 7th Street, between Dunn and College Avenues, there are numerous locations where sewer and water drain covers are sinking into the ground...it is excessively bumpy, hazardous and only going to get worse unless addressed immediately.

South bound lane,West side of street, going uphill, there is a prominent outward portion of the curbing. It is painted yellow, but now black from repeated contact by vehicle tires. It needs to be rounded off, and move toward the sidewalk. When I struck this prominent angled curb, it resulted in a blowout of my right front tire. The Bland wrecker truck driver said “ Oh, I get lots of business from that curb” so my experience is not unique. Please fix for the nest drivers, and contact me if there are any questions. Street needs repaved. Filed u-report 8/14/21 reporting same problem which was closed 8/19/21 indicating hot patch crew sent to area. Street in front of my property on west side of street and extending down to Saratoga Drive remains with areas of broken down and damaged pavement that was not hot patched. The patching is a temporary fix that does not last due to the poor drainage. The drain culvert in front of my house is filled with road debris, sand and dirt. After any significant rain, this collects water which does not drain as the culverts need repaired to allow for better drainage to the road drain near Saratoga Drive. The road slopes to the west which compounds the problem. Was told last year the issue with the water collecting in front of my house in the culvert was due to asphalt that was placed at the end of my driveway blocking the flow of the water. My driveway was replaced in March with nothing blocking the culvert now, and it continues to be an issue. I noticed the badly damaged road and culvert on Saratoga Drive was repaired thankfully. Would like to see the same kind of repair done along this area of Park Ridge Rd , however, the majority of the roads and culverts in the addition need attention.
