8" water valve cover popped off at Hillside & Dorchester. Eastbound lane of Hillside. Cover at base of stopsign/streetsign SE corner of intersection. This is the 3rd time I've reported this in just over a week (1st 2x's by phone). Why don't you replace with a cover that can be LOCKED DOWN to keep it in place?

Large square hole in the street/cul de sac.
There are several big potholes at the stop sign of the corner of Burks and Kennedy Drive that need to be filled.
Potholes need repair at 700, 710, 712, 716, 816, and 902 Country Club Drive (next to the Golf Course).
Sometime this week, someone - I did not see it happen - created a large deep crater - several feet across and maybe a foot deep - in the cul de sac on Wiltshire Court in Park Ridge East.

Sidewalk on E moores is overgrown and has low hanging branches. forces pedestrians to walk closer to road.
