Recents rain has eroded a lot of edges from the roadway along Sussex Drive, leaving chunks of asphalt in the middle of the roadway. The asphalt really needs to be cleaned up, and the edges need to be examined. They have been eroding for years.
Corner of Walnut and First at White Rabbit entrance: hole in pavement near the drain
We are at the end of a cut-de-sac with the major water drain for Poplar Ct located adjacent to our drive way. The water flows in front of our driveway and has eroded the asphalt that is beginning to create a large hole in the center of the drive. Could the city fix this before it becomes such a large problem that water erodes under the curb and makes entering our drive even more difficult.
There is a broken window pane laying in the street along with its wooden frame. It is broken into many small pieces. It will be a big job picking them all up. It is on Allen St. midway between Lincoln St. and Washington St.
They have cut into and filled the north bound lane of Rogers at the construction entrance to switchyard park 3 times and it’s worse than ever this time and I’m going to blow a tire. Even it out! They are pouring concrete everywhere anyway!
Several deep potholes on S Tall Oaks Dr
3600 block of Brownridge Rd on north side: Due to flooding, the stream bed is encroaching on the road surface so that now there's a 3-ft. drop eroded up to the black-top. It's beginning to undermine the road surface. Some local erosion control for about a 10-foot stretch should arrest the problem for the foreseeable future, I'd think. Of course, we could wait until the road gets undercut, and that'd be quite a bit more complicated, I think.
Flooding on 6/15/19 caused part of the road to wash away and left debris.
On n. Kinser Pike , just west of where of where N. Skyline drive meets Kinser pike, there is a hole in the road and it seems that someone is throwing asphalt in the hole to fill it. You can tell by the depression in the road that the road is being undermined. It would seem that now would be a good time to fix this since school is out and the traffic on the road is decreased. I believe the the occasional bit of Asphalt is not be way to resolve the issue.
