I need to report a pot hole issue in from of my house at 1921 W. Allen Street. There are a couple sever pot holes locate directly in front of my house in the west bound lane. They are so bad that west bound traffic swerves to avoid them into oncoming traffic. Also, there is another pot hole at the bottom of the hill in the eastbound lane as well. Hello. When the team was here to repair the sidewalk two weeks ago, they left behind a washout bag full of concrete mix. Due to the rain, that mix is now filled with water and it is too heavy for me to lift. Please send someone to collect and dispose of the bag as the repair has been completed for over two weeks. Thank you.
