Recently repaired hole in new Henderson pavement is already failing. The substrate has failed allowing pavement to collapse into it as it heats up. More than a simple patch is needed

A lot of pot holes and I am concerned about my elderly neighbors and grandchildren. The whole driveway needs to be fixed and not just holes filled in.
Hello. We submitted requests and called a few times in the past asking for help to repair the sidewalk. The ditch is now about 40 cm deep and over 1 meter wide. We can't walk on it; we can park on it. We need to jump from the street to the stairs to be able to get into the house. Zero zone for disability acceptance. Will the city help us fix it? There are potholes at the intersection of Morton and Dodds
I previously reported a pothole at this location, and it was filled. Thanks for that. However, the pothole patch alone has not resolved the broader pavement failure. The surrounding roadway has extensive interconnected cracking, deteriorated asphalt, uneven patch edges, and areas that appear to be breaking apart around the repair. Please inspect the full affected area and include this location in the City’s repair or resurfacing list. Thank you so much!
