There is a large pile of sand and gravel that has accumulated on the street in front of my home. During the recent storm the gravel covered the storm drain causing street flooding. I have cleared the drain, but the gravel and sand needs to be removed for road safety and to prevent further street flooding. Address is 610 W Ryan Rd. Bloomington IN
The culvert at the south end of the parking lot on Woodlawn across from The Bryan Park pool has been eroding for quite a while and looks like it could collapse.

An area was dug up sometime ago to repair a water pipe, however the job was never finished. Cement was poured but no asphalt was applied

There are two pot holes on south High Street in front of Childs Elementary Pre-K building (the first bldg south of the school.) The pot holes were repaired last year about this time but have reemerged and are a problem for drivers but also pose a threat to the children who walk to and from school. Many big potholes on S and E Laurelwood Drive, especially on the cul de sac at the end of E Laurelwood Drive.

There is a pothole on Adams Street (in the southbound lane), between 2nd/Bloomfield and Allen Streets.
