5th Street between Jefferson and Union streets is beyond the repair of simply fixing pot holes. Some of the damage on the street is due to property owners fixing their sewer lines and then not repaving the street.

Along N. Maple St near the Willowbrook Property the road has broken apart in areas and is crumbling. If these repairs could be fixed we would appreciate it, tenants have been complaining about it, however the issues are on N Maple which is not on the Willowbrook property.
At 20th and Washington there are 2 large potholes that would damage your vehicle if you hit one. You cannot get two vehicles through at the same time as a result of the potholes.
Large man sized hold with no cover, on the left hand side, going towards Washington. Older woman fell into the hole and had to go to hospital her. Her back is now sore from the fall.
Greetings: I am the Director of the Farmer House Museum and I would like to address the safety concern in our ally that connect between Morton and College at 10th Street. I have a detailed video taken by our board member that shows the area of concern and safety. We have applied for an AARP grant to secure funding to repair and update the parking pad and the alley inbetween the Woodburn House and the Farmer House museum. The sewer cut for this new house was not properly compacted and the asphalt is subsiding.
Westside of 215 9th St. - is an old alley that needs repaired or closed down, we are having people park in the yards of 215 & 221 9th Street to make repairs to neighboring houses because the alley is not functional
The street is torn up across Grant and has been for months. Since bikes cannot travel on Lincoln, many use Grant as an alternative. Going across the ripped up pavement as you head across 3rd St is uncomfortable on a bike, especially when trying to quickly cross Third. I hope there are plans to repair this section soon to make travel easier for all modes of transportation.
