My neighbor in 119 w pinewood lets her dogs loose all the time. I almost hit one with a car. I am afraid that my dog, who is leashed outside for peeing and pooping, will attack those dogs if they come in my yard. And their beagle dog barks and howls all day and night. This is a duplex so I hear it constantly. They have been warned before about their dog running loose. Please warn them again and add in a noise ordinance violation.

Looks like a dying young raccoon on the road/sidewalk outside this address. It was curled up in a ball but moved it's ears when it heard me walk by - didn't move it's body at all though.

Neighbor has three large boxer dogs that are allowed to run loose for "exercise" daily, and usually for a period after dark. Complaintant is 78 and wife is 74, both are handicapped. Dogs are making a mess of their yard, and they can't go out after dark. They've lived there forty years, and feel they deserve better.

3-4 large dogs in fenced in back yard. Dog waste accumulates and smells so bad that the neighbors can't sit outside. Complainants say they have called animal control several times. HAND has also referred 3 previous complaints to animal control with no response. JIM: Please let me know if this is something we can address (or need to, based on investigating the complaint) through BMC & Animal control or if it has to become a civil matter between the neighbors. There is a small black dog that looks like a terroir mix at 1105 S Stull Ave. It keeps coming into the yard of the property we manage 1101 S Stull. Today the dog bit someone taking a tour of the house. They did not draw blood from that bite. After talking to the tenant we learned that they have also been bitten by the dog and that it did draw blood. We would appreciated it if the dog stayed in it's own yard.

There is a dead squirrel on the sidewalk in front of 107 E. Vermilya Drive. It’s on the west side of the driveway on the grass strip between the sidewalk and street near the base of the tree. Thanks
