i have been calling your office and you guys never answer that phone you say you come to patrol and you dont come to the place either and the dog at apartment 1157 south basswood cir is crying and barking all day i am disappointed that you dont do anything , the dog is going to die and you never come. Can smell dead animal in area of fenced in yard. Owner has multiple dogs and hasn't been home from what can tell. Worried about the animals.

412 E. 4th St, cat with no collar. too thin, matted coat. Postman says he's seen the cat for weeks or maybe months in same area. Cat is skittish/wary but also sort of meows for help, I think.

Highly aggressive dog, always getting loose, chasing people and other pets, dog left in house alone for days.

The owner has two large dogs (black large dog and a boxer). They are left outside all the time, and they are barking at all hours. There is a fence in the backyard, but the owner has taken it apart, and the dogs get out and roam the neighborhood. This morning, the black dog was on a leash that got tangled around the boxer. The boxer was in distress. This goes on all the time, and the dogs are being mistreated and neglected.
