Residence has at least two cats that are constantly roaming free, unsure if they have access to food and water. Multiple neighbors have complained. Cats leave feces in neighbors yard, has found cat in backyard multiple times in our trees, under our porch, and in our garage. Multiple neighbors have complained to owners.

There are dogs that are locked in trailer 16. They have been there for weeks without anyone looking in on them.The owners have also been mistreating them physically. I ha e video evidence.

For the past 2 days one of my neighbors dogs has been outside barking/howling has no shelter form of shelter, no access to food and water, neighbors haven't been there or haven't been there long enough to take care of him. His dog cable has been caught up in twigs and such so its all tangled up. Its not the first time this has happen back during the summer they did this to him. I think someone should seriously check into this. He was in the pouring down rain today, and its now getting cold because of temp. dropping. Found an animal carcass in the yard. Not sure what to do about it, is this something that animal control will collect? It is a small mammal such as a groundhog, it has already been partially eaten by other animals. Sorry!
