An area of new sod immediately adjacent to the sidewalk and between the sidewalk and street has collapsed (in some places to a depth of 9 inches) in such a way that it is unsafe for bicyclists or pedestrians who may veer off the sidewalk even very briefly. We believe this sod was laid after the ground was dug for installation of the fiber cable for Gigabit Now. We (University Baptist Church) are not certain of the best agency to contact about the problem, and we are hoping that you will either take care of it or direct us to the correct people to contact. AT&T cut the sidewalk on the corner of Heather and Laurel. I believe the underground work has been completed but no sign of repair. Many older people and some disabled walk there. This is causing a danger.

There are multiple low-hanging trees on the south side of E Hagan Street that make the sidewalk difficult to pass. I believe these are city-maintained trees on the easement.

Heavy, metal sign support with three sandbags has been sitting on the sidewalk for weeks. It blocks wheelchairs and is hazardous at night. Please ask whatever department that left it there to remove it. Thank you.

The prior uReport was finalized by saying the issue was mitigated. I walked by this morning and it hasn't been mitigated. The missing sidewalk is on the west side of Sare Rd about 200 yards south of Moore's. It's across the street from the Verona Coffee shop. Sidwalk hazards on Henderson side of 600 E. Maxell: poison ivy growing adjacent, tall weeks on both sides of sidewalk, a pile of dirt on sidewalk never removed...now packed down but a barrier for disabled.

At the NW corner of the intersection of 12th and Fess, there is a relatively new, ADA-compliant sidewalk/curb installation. There may be physical and/or legal reasons for having the center, raised concrete portion present, but it is not obvious and as a result is a trip hazard. We have tripped on it several times. There is a current project at the same intersection, so we were hoping that they could redo it or at least paint the section yellow so that it stands out. It is dangerous the way it is now.
