At the NW corner of the intersection of 12th and Fess, there is a relatively new, ADA-compliant sidewalk/curb installation. There may be physical and/or legal reasons for having the center, raised concrete portion present, but it is not obvious and as a result is a trip hazard. We have tripped on it several times. There is a current project at the same intersection, so we were hoping that they could redo it or at least paint the section yellow so that it stands out. It is dangerous the way it is now.

Curb has disintegrated over the years. As people turn from Jackson st onto Smith Ave they are driving onto my property due to there being a lack of boundary between the road and my back yard. My property is 606 W. Howe Street and the issue is the the backyard where it boarders Smith Ave. My husband and I would really appreciate it if this curb could be rebuilt to prevent further damage. Thank you!

I'm not sure if this is the proper way to report this, but there is a very dangerous crosswalk where I've almost been hit multiple times and I have seen the same thing with other pedestrians. The problem is when crossing from the NE corner of 10th and Walnut to the NW corner. The problems result from the fact that 1) the crosswalk is obscured from view for drivers on 10th coming from the East and 2) the stop line for those drivers is back from the intersection to allow for trucking turning E on 10th from Walnut. The result is that pedestrians start to cross on the walk signal but the drivers turning right from 10th have a bit of speed by the time they can even see anyone in the crosswalk and frequently can't stop in time when they come upon a walker. The only real safe way to navigate that crosswalk as a pedestrian is to just not use the actual crosswalk (eg. stay way to the left almost in the lane of traffic so you are even seen). If you try crossing there at 5pm any day of the week, you will immediately see what I'm talking about. ;) I'm not sure what the solution is but I just know it is very dangerous. At a bare minimum, I would suggest removing the bush at the NE corner to increase visibility but even then the layout of that corner is dangerous so perhaps someone can take a look and see if anything can be done? SW Corner of 2nd & Hawthorne the trees are over the sidewalk and need to be trimmed. Believes these to be private trees, not in the City's right of way.

Sidwalk hazards on Henderson side of 600 E. Maxell: poison ivy growing adjacent, tall weeks on both sides of sidewalk, a pile of dirt on sidewalk never removed...now packed down but a barrier for disabled.

Northern curb of arch haven Ave where it intersects parallel path along landmark Ave is only raised curb on this path between 3rd st/Bloomfield Ave. This raised curb is dangerous on a bike.

VERY disappointed in the new sidewalk curbs at 4th and Indiana. The curbs are to high for handicap individuals trying to correct they have made a mess of the new sidewalk areas. One sidewalk has been chipped significantly trying to correct. Very poor job.
