The curbs for the new bump-outs on Weatherstone need painted a bright color. It is hard for drivers to see the change in the road, especially at night, and if hit, would cause vehicle damage.
I assume you're aware of the damage the gas company has done to the asphalt sidewalk in this area (east side of High St by Childs Elementary), and it looks like they are still working. Please make sure that when they repair the sidewalk, they also repair the area immediately north of their work area up to Rock Creek. They have clearly been driving heavy trucks on it and the edges of the sidewalk are cracked and heaving because of it. You can see at the curb ramp at Rock Creek all their tire marks proving they did it and they've broken the concrete there too. Those of us who use this regularly will greatly appreciate a full repair (don't let them just do the obvious area that they removed). Thanks!

SW Corner of 2nd & Hawthorne the trees are over the sidewalk and need to be trimmed. Believes these to be private trees, not in the City's right of way.
I would like to request a sidewalk ramp / crossing be installed at the SE corner of Walnut St Pike and Winslow. It looks like there has previously been an accident there and now there is a concrete barricade and guard rail preventing the pedestrians from crossing. So either the pedestrian has to make a somewhat dangerous crossing there, or cross three extra times to go around and back. Thank you! Michelle Giansante
Curb has disintegrated over the years. As people turn from Jackson st onto Smith Ave they are driving onto my property due to there being a lack of boundary between the road and my back yard. My property is 606 W. Howe Street and the issue is the the backyard where it boarders Smith Ave. My husband and I would really appreciate it if this curb could be rebuilt to prevent further damage. No access ramps onto sidewalks in Sherwood Oaks neighborhood. Individuals in wheel chairs often use the street, which is quite dangerous due to excessive speeds on Allendale. Kids on bikes are also displaced into the street, another danger to to excessive speeds and failure to stop at stop signs on Allendale. Parents with strollers as well struggle with no access ramps.
There is a lot of vegetation growing across the sidewalk covering more than half the sidewalk and it's invasive stuff, so it should be pulled not just cut back. This extends along the city owned property and somewhat to the adjacent home owner's property.
The sidewalk contruction on E Winslow Rd has been going on since winter. The project has more says with no one working on it than working on it. today I saw only 4 men on the whole project and none of them were doing any work at 11 AM. Lots of road projects in Bloomington are started and then left abandoned for months. As a resident I don't like this. If they start something they ought to work on it till finished then move on. Im frustrated with the disruption that has been going on for 7 months for a very small project.
there have been "end contruction" signs left here for 6 months , construction is long over, can the signs be removed please
