A section of the curb on the east half of the roundabout is significantly damaged and a chunk of the curb has broken off.

There is a missing brick in the decorative pavers on the north side of the B-Line trail at the W Country Club Dr. crossing. The missing piece is substantial enough that it could cause damage to bikes/scooters, or trigger a crash.
Section of sidewalk crossing parking lot for 222 W 2nd St (across from Wendy's) is too step to be accessible
Broken sidewalk, not accessible
Curbs on both sides of the Wendy's driveway are not accessible
Gravel is back to being washed down onto sidewalk. Makes the sidewalk inaccessible
There is a bracket to hold a street sign in the sidewalk still - I saw it yesterday (there is no street sign, but the bracket is a trip hazard).
Tripping hazard. Blue extension cord across sidewalk. Creep sits in his chairs in the parking lane and piles junk on curbs.
