The yard is basically a shanty town full of garbage, debris, and meth heads. It is an eyesore, probably a public health hazard, and pretty sure the residents burn tires, wires, and other cables.
I live in the apartments by this building and use the grass lot to let my dog use the bathroom multiple times a day. I’ve been doing so since August. I believe this building is getting turned into the new Police Department. There have been tons of trucks and workers in the parking lot next to the green grass. As a result, TONS of trash and food has been left in the grass. This includes uncrustables food wrappers, bananas, bread crust, plastic bags and more. My dog has been trying to eat all of this waste and it is a choking hazard. Please take care of this issue.

Dead tree limbs, dead flora, conbustable waste, decaying wood logs, spread all over the property. Owner purposely piling conbustable waste along the property lines. Violates 6.06.020 Bton Code of Ordinances
Owner collected yard waste, conbustable waste, into large burn pile on their private property. The burn pile is added to each year, and is never disposed of. They are throwing their trash out into the yard, they have not taken their trash out in roughly a month, and there have been dogs and rodents getting into the trash. The trash has also caused a smell in the surrounding areas.
They have had a large pile of branches in their yard for at least 3 weeks now
