Regarding uReport #200160 I'm sorry. I reported earlier that we had a recycling cart with a broken wheel after Monday's pickup. There was some miscommunication between my husband and I regarding our damaged recycling bin. I understood him to say that the wheel was broken but in fact, it is the recycling cart that is damaged. I took a picture of the recycling cart this morning. Attached is a picture of the functioning wheel and the broken recycling cart. I apologize for my error in reporting incorrect information. Recycling was picked up but the bin is also gone. Needs a replacement. Wanted to know if he could have a larger recycle bin, but if it's more money then just give him a normal sized one.

Our recycling bin has a partially broken handle/lid. Also, it's the largest size available, but we have recently had 1 family member die and another move, so we can move down a size if that's possible. Thanks.
We left our recycling bin out as usual for our recycling day today. When the truck arrived we were inside but heard an unusually loud bang. When we went out an hour or so later, our recycling bin was nowhere to be seen. We suspect it somehow got stuck on the truck or "eaten" by it? How do we get it back or replaced? Thank you.
