Nobody has taken our recycling in a month. We have a lot. But not overflowing. Why aren’t you guys picking it up and our neighbors too?
Recycle trash can blocking on sidewalk
We moved our recycle bin to the curb of our sidewalk, but we discovered that it had disappeared by Tuesday afternoon. Please deliver a new one to 1200 E Atwater Ave, Bloomington, IN47401. Thank you very much.
Sometimes, like today, the City picks up my trash but not my recycling. I know that I am recycling properly. Is there a reason that the City would not take the recycling on the designated day when it’s put out properly?
For 3 weeks in a row my recycling bin has not been emptied. Everything in the bin is compliant and I have not received any notices.
Both garbage and recycling bin lids have been broken for about a year. Recently, the recycling lid disappeared. I assume it got dumped into the truck, since it wasn't attached. At pickup today I noticed my recycling had not been picked up. Is it because there was no lid? How am I supposed to get new, functioning lids?
Dear Rhea, Regarding case #186674: thank you very much for sending someone so quickly to empty the recycling bin. I really appreciate it. Dear Rhea, my address is 4426 E. Sheffield Drive 47408. I am also appending a picture. I would normally not bother, but the can is still half full. I actually had entered the address in the window of the original request, but somehow it disappears (I had to enter it twice). I replied to your e-mail request, but noticed this morning that your request came from a "no-reply" sender. I tried to open the u-report case, but couldn't. So I am simply filing a new request. Please mention to your webn techs that the site does not seem to function. Be that as it may, I hope you can get to it yet today. The can is still at the curb. Many thanks, Susanne.
