This is a sightline/sign issue, I am Bob Loviscek and I reside at 605 N Smith Road. The picture that is attached is from the end of my driveway looking South. The address of this issue is 601 N Smith Road. The treeline on this property is creating a significant safety issue by not being able to see northbound traffic coming on Smith Road. The trees also have overgrown to the point they cover the Bridge Height sign. I have emailed the offices of HAND and Planning and Transportation to help correct this problem and it still has not been taken care of. Any assistance would be appreciated before someone is hit coming out of my driveway. I can be contacted at 812 219 4749.

Anthony’s pets at college mall is a disgrace and abusive towards animals. It should be shut down immediately. It is concerning how long this has been going on without someone truly doing something about it.

The pets at the bloomington mall is not okay. The fact that they give this animals steroids to “appear happier” should be illegal. These dogs will experience abuse and neglect if we allow this to continue. This should be shut down along with all the other puppy mills who neglect these animals just for profit.

Disappointed in this city for keeping Anthony's Pets open. This city and the people that occupy it are more progressive than this. Do better.

Hello, my name is Ben. I am incredibly disappointed in the Bloomington community for housing an abusive business like Anthony's Pets in our College Mall. Recently, a petition has brought to light testimonials describing the neglect and suffering the animals at this location experience. From feces covered cages to animals being preened with steroids to appear healthy, it is evident that Anthony's keeps these animals in deplorable conditions. This progressive community should not and does not support this business existing in our city. I'm urging you to take Anthony's out of the ever so popular College Mall. Thank you! I've attached the petition below.

Hello City of Bloomington - I want to suggest that you learn about and advocate for the City to join the Government Alliance on Race and Equity (GARE) - https://www.racialequityalliance.org. It's a national network geared to local and regional government agencies. We know white supremacy is a systemic problem, not unique to B'town. The City should work in coalition and learn from other govt. entities committed to progressive social change. Mayor Hamilton and other City leaders know about GARE but have never joined. We're not a progressive city. BUT we could make a serious move towards being one if we take bold, strategic action. Joining GARE is a start. Thanks for taking seriously this suggestion. Sincerely, Trish Kerle'
