I AM THE OWNER I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED NEVER ONCE DID I KNOW THAT THEY WERE LEFT ALONE UNATTENDED WITH NO WATER NO FOOD NO SHELTER WHICH IS BULL CRAP AND BECAUSE OF THE DOG SETTERS THEY ARE THE REASON THAT MY DOGS HAVE GOTTEN TAKEN AWAY WHEN I'VE ASKED FOR THEM TO DOG SET THEY KNEW MY CIRCUMSTANCES WHERE I WAS GOING TO TRY AND FIGURE OUT HOW TO MAKE SOME MONEY THAT WAY I CAN HELP MY OLD MAN WHICH IS CURRENTLY INCARCERATED AND MAKE SURE I HAD MONEY FOR MYSELF AND MY DOGS BUT I ALWAYS HAVE WATER AND FOOD FOR MY DOGS DOWN AT MY PLACE NOW OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES ON DANIEL AND TAMMY'S PART THEY DON'T NEED THEIR DOGS THE POOR DOGS ARE ANOREXIC SNOWBALL AND BOOGER ARE CONSTANTLY IN A HOT TENT ZIPPED UP BUT THEY PROMISED ME THAT THEY WERE IN GOOD CARE AND I HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED ONE TIME FROM THE ANIMAL SHELTER NOR ANIMAL CONTROL CATS NEVER CONTACTED ME EVEN WHEN I CALLED HER AND TOLD HER TO CALL ME BACK SHE NEVER CALLED ME YOU CAN CALL ME WHICH IS NUMBER IS ON PROFILE FOR THE DOGS 812 508-6927 BUT THE NUMBER I LEFT FOR CAT WAS 812-679-7998 I am homeless I cannot afford a fee but I would love to have my dogs back those are my babies and I don't think it's fair or right for me for everything to go down the way it has went I'm going through enough and that's my emotional support dogs they have helped me through a lot I've had peanut butter for 2 years almost three it was a few months after my little brother passed away that I got peanut butter and Alvin his son what would I need to do to get my babies back

Central Indiana, South-Central Indiana), (some/all) of which, are stated: (temporary/conditional) trespass advisories, from (local:(City/Town(s)), (pvt./non-profit, etc.) establishment(s), (year(s):(2015/'16) onward(s)), which has become, (of, recent times), inconvenience to me, (personally), (since, due to, no(fixed) earned income source(s), I don't (presently) have a (fixed/stabilized) place to stay, (e.g. (rental) apartment(s), residential unit(s), etc.), and as a result, I do not have (legal) access to, (fundamental) necessitated (indoor) space(s), (e.g. (restroom/(with/without) shower facility), cooling center(s), etc.). Two things: One) There is an encampment at 415 S Walnut (in front of iMechanic) that is growing and basically taking over the sidewalk at this point. Please remove them before this gets out of hand. Two) Can we please just add a dedicated category for reporting homeless and encampments on uReport. It is arguably the largest issue facing the city yet there is not a specific category to address it. Let's be honest and direct about the problem so we can actually address it.

I am a realtor with FC Tucker and I am trying to sell a house at the above address. There is a homeless camp in the back woods of this house. we had an accepted offer on the house until the people walked out into the backyard and saw the homeless encampment. It is virtually going to be impossible to sell a home that has a homeless encampment behind it. You will be hearing from me very frequently until this situation is resolved. Julie Davis FC Tucker

there are now actual homeless people taking advantage of the protests in dunn meadow. being both a student, employee, and resident of bloomington indiana i have understood the allowance of these encampments, but to what point? not only is it endangering that area but it is a potential danger for those protestors.

Nicholas Spagnolo, regarding the issue with shopping carts (30-40 just in the 1/2 mile between switchyard dog park and tapp on the b-line), what are the cities plan? There has to be hundreds at this point? Homeless are stealing this at will without repercussions and leaving them all throughout the city. Thanks!

Between the dog park in switchyard and tapp street on both side of the b-line there is nothing but homeless camps. Several had active fires when I was walking by. There are 30-40 stolen shopping carts and dozens if not hundreds of bicycles and bicycle parts. There is trash everywhere including the creek bed. I can only assume there is feces, drugs, and needles leaching into the ground and nearby ground streams. This has progressively gotten worse over the years. I’m praying the new administration does something about this problem not only here but all throughout town!

As much as I appreciate the efforts recently with the taking down and clean up of the homeless encampment, I still have to urge the city to do something about the stolen shopping carts throughout the town. In the video with the major cleaning up the camp you can see several stolen shopping carts. Even pictures of the homeless using them and moving them to their new location is shown. They are all over town from multiple different tax paying merchants. The homeless freely use these carts and abandom them at will without any repercussions. You can see city workers and police officers not even acknowledge them when they are seen (from advice from the city). I hope this changes with the new administration!
