Meters, Today is government holiday so I thought the meters would be off. However I found it wasn't the case. Some meters read "free parking" and some read the regular about and running times. I wanted to check to see if your website mention that the meters were running the webpage cited the holidays and dates the meters were off but today wasn't mentioned. I paid $3.00 just to be safe because I rather pay now than have a $50 tickets. However I feel that the meter should be constant and that you web page give a clear answer. Hi, This apartment building I have identified has an issue with trash. There is no container for the residents to put their trash in so they are just leaving it on the ground. And its blowing round the neighbourhood. Would be grateful if you could contact the building owner to resolve the issue. I have never had any issue with that apartment building before. Regards Ian

What is the maximum amount of time a dumpster can be parked on a city street? Building permit issued 10/15. Project shows no sign of progress. Dumpster sits there for months; eye sore; gateway to PROSPECT HILL and Paris Dunning House; debris on the grass right of way off sidewalk; snow not removed from said sidewalk. Ample space on their lot to park a dumpster long term.

Man in white house next door to 516 (driving a silver Cube) backed in to a car parked on the street that belongs to a girl living across the street. He proceeded to back in to it twice within a minute while trying to get in parking spot.

There are two completely dead trees on the north side of 2nd St. at the corner of Swain and 2nd. The one closest to the corner loses big limbs during storms. Someone is going to get hurt. Last weekend a dead tree broke the rear windshield of a car further up on Swain. Two weeks ago an enormous tree on Swain (corner of E University) collapsed across Swain into Andy Ruff's yard causing a power outage for us in the neighborhood. Someone needs to be policing these dead trees which are major hazards for those of us who walk. I previously reported a dead tree (still dead) behind the house on the south side of 2nd, corner of Swain. Thank you.
