1305, 1313, 1401 W. Woodhill Drive, plus others in the West Pointe subdivision, have mold on exterior, broken shutters and garage doors. They are in total disrepair. Caladbolg Corporation needs to be held accountable to city code 16.04.040 Exterior property areas. Their properties are nothing but eyesores! Please get these properties cleaned up!

Possible unauthorized rental/leasing arrangement at 3620 W. Race St., Bloomington, IN 47403. This year I have noticed three short term , out of state, visitors at the described property that appear to be in a room rental agreement with the owner. Typical stay is about one month. Not sure if this an approved activity but worth making sure it's within compliance. We're not overly fond of not knowing who are short term neighbors are. The police have been contacted on two occasions for suspicious activity, possibly related to drugs.

The house next door to us has been abandoned for over a year. The yard is extremely over grown and the house is wide open. Our neighborhood has had an increased crime activity and this house is a welcome mat for people to use as a hideaway. The address is 202 E Ridgeview Dr. 47401, what can we do?

Hello, I'm not certain the best way to contact the City of Bloomington about this question, but I cannot seem to locate this information on your website. My husband and I are (attempting to become) first time homebuyers. We have been pre-qualified for an FHA loan, and in that process found mention of local programs offering to cover the 3.5% downpayment. I would like to remain anonymous, but I know of a house that has four residents with only allowing three to live there and be on the lease. I am reporting this because they tried to offer a sublet without being able to get on the lease and I think this is illegal. The house is at 2629 E Edwards row. I think this is an issue and should be dealt with.

Our next door neighbor (to the west) have a giant pile of garbage and a separate pile of kitty litter in his back yard. Both piles are several feet tall and several feet wide. You can smell the piles around the neighborhood. They are also hazardous since they are right next to an open water drainage ditch. I know that these same people have been reported to the city several times before about the same thing (by the previous owners). What can be done to address this issue?

Just wanted to give a shout-out to Angela in HAND for helping us to finally get rid of all the invasives we collected. It was a long haul, but we finally were able to get our tree plots and sidewalks back when Bluestone Tree Co. picked up all the bundles of honeysuckle, etc. we had hauled to the curbs. Thank you!!!
