Dumpster sits there for months; eye sore; gateway to PROSPECT HILL and Paris Dunning House; debris on the grass right of way off sidewalk; snow not removed from said sidewalk. Ample space on their lot to park a dumpster long term.

I LITERALLY just chased these punk ass mother fucking kids from my front door. I fell asleep in my front room. I woke up to voices and shadows on the porch. I had an open door, but my screen was shut. Lights were on inside, but the porch light was not. There were three, early 20s, white males. They ran up the street when I came out yelling.

Hello, At 7:30am, someone began jack-hammering the sidewalk immediately outside my apartment window at 222 N College Ave. There are several apartments facing that sidewalk at this location, and it is directly across the street from the Hilton Hotel. In other words, since many people may be trying to sleep in this area, it seems a bit unreasonable to start something so loud before 8am. Thanks for your attention to this matter.
