Kingston Manor Apartments trash site: Pooling water an issue, Mosquito hazard present as well as unsanitary. A real eyesore with pooling water and broken fence. This apartment management needs to correct this issue that has been ongoing for years. If the trash trucks cause the pooling, then correct the pavement and repair the fence.

I'm trying to find out who to contact pertaining to runoff from a new construction site into the nearby neighborhood waterway on the west side of Bloomington. My concern is that the construction barrier broke during the big storm in July, causing muddy clayish water to spill out into the road and backup the drains. That water has now made its way into the creek that flows thru Orchard Glen Co-op and meets up with the one along the Karst Farm Greenway. Due to the amount of mud, i believe someone needs to inspect it to make sure it's not a threat to the habitat or karst system there.

905 W 6th St Bloomington, IN 47404 Hello, with the rain this past weekend, I was surprised that both of my containers, waste and recycling, had several inches of water in them. Apparently the lids do not close securely allowing rain to enter which deteriorates paper goods and trash if not in plastic.

My vehicle was damaged by a water main burst around 2 am this morning and I'm not sure who i need to make a damage claim to. My windshield was broken as well as multiple scratches to the paint. Sewage keeps backing up in our bathtub - smells terrible, toilet doesnt flush when this happens and cant be used. Standing water on the floor/carpet. These issues keep happening and the apartment complex says that they fix it and then it happens again. This time maintenance said it is an airconditioning unit. I can explain more if you can call me. Thank you!

the water came up to my foundation again.. Last year I was awarded a grant from the city and as you can see that has not worked. I am inches from the water from cascades flooding my basement. Im sorry for second emailing but I did not realize how th system worked. thank you.

A landscape crew repairing the lawn area that was disturbed from an accident last week noticed a leak that was caused by the vehicle. The vehicle apparently had driven over the meter pit. The pit was filled with water, and the City of Bloomington meter was leaking. Nature’s Way staff was able to turn the water connection to that meter off. They recommended we contact COB so that they can address installing a new meter connection, or what repair is deemed necessary.
