we are so tired of the way the homeless treat us as we walk the B line there, their profanity and disrespect for public decency. sunday morning my family had to witness a half naked person used the bathroom on the trail we walked. sorry but enough is enough we will not contenue to tolerate this disreguard for sociadle ruining. Homelessness is a choice not a decease trat it that way

The situation on the b-line around grimes and Morton is apauling. The city should be embarrassed at how they are handling this. I guess I should say, not handling this. This is not a safe area for anyone!!!! Walkers, city workers, local employers, and even the homeless.
When will something be done? When someone gets hurt, raped, or worse dies?
If that happens the city needs held accountable in their lack of response!

Citizen called to complain about the person at 3644 E. Third St. (in Hoosier Acres) having garage sales every 7 to 10 days. This is more than the three that are allowed to be held in one calendar year. The caller wishes to remain anonymous. Thank you.

The road/sidewalk construction crew sprayed concrete on my car as I was driving down the street. I assume they were cleaning out the cement truck, but ended up spraying the hose as I drove by splattering my car with cement and rocks. I think it will all wipe off and not harden on the car, but I'm not exactly happy about it or having to clean it up.

Kirby Alley is tagged as a street in the City's GIS system and this appears to be a mistake. It shows up in the City's street centerline product published on the City's data portal.
For planning, streets this close to downtown would have sidewalks, but alleys do not. This is also a traffic issue. Having this alley tagged as a street means that Google Maps (shown in image) and other software will give driving directions down the alley, which is usually not intended or desired for pass-through traffic.
