We live a little over a mile due east (Sycamore Knolls neighborhood) of the Bloomington South football field, and yet we can hear their PA system from inside our house with all the doors and windows closed. This has happened on multiple occurrences now over the past month or so. Do they need to operating so loudly? If not, can they be please be advised to lower their volume?

Tree removal and "pruning" on E. Rogers Road What is happening to our trees on E. Rogers Road between High Street and The Stands? After clear cutting all the trees on the north side of the road on the Winding Brook Circle corner, they are now cutting down and pruning the trees on the other side of the road. This used to be such a pretty area. It looks terrible now. Are they planning to do this on both sides of the road down to the roundabout? Are there any plans to replant?
There is a Pace Bike that appears to be abandoned in our bike rack at Community Kitchen, 1515 S. Rogers St. The lock is broken and hand grips are missing. I've tried calling the phone number on the Pace website and it is not functioning.
Neighbors at corner of S Fairview and W Allen are burning something with a strong chemical odor.
I wonder what can be done about 2102 E. Wimbleton Lane in southeast Bloomington. No one has lived there a several years. Someone does cut the lawn, but the house is aging and in disrepair. In the past months, the gutter over the garage is falling off and the house is becoming a real eye-sore. Can anything be done to locate the owners and have them keep up maintenance on the house? The person that this is addressed to does not live here at 5314 S. Southway Drive. And we keep getting bills for them. Have came to report this in person and also attempted to call your office with no results. Please get this taken care of. If not to stop the annoyance to me, to help this person keep their water on.
