Dave Sorokoty of Office Easel called to tell us the back of the bus station was hit by vandals last night. Apparently they used paint balloons and some of the paint landed near the top of the building.

Mr. McGuigan is concerned with the Banneker Center. He thinks that this situation he becoming very racial. He feels that the MAYOR OFFICE SHOULD BE MORE ACTIVE ABOUT THE SITUATION.

Mr. Rogers is "disgusted" with BPD. He was arrested 4/14/99 & is unhappy with excessive force used & the way he's been treated by dept. since. He's made consistent requests for his police rpt. ever since his court date. Everyone he came into contact w/ at BPD has not been helpful. He wants to know what can be done. Mr. Brown contacted the Public Works office on 3/22/04 to express his concern to the Telecommunications Council regarding his cable bill going from $41.45 to 44.75 with out an explanation. Mr. Brown stated that if Insight had competition then an increase would not be issued with out an explanation.

Janos Starker called Utilities Dept. and stated that his address was 1241 Winfield Road. The post office shows the address as 1241 S. Windfield Road 47401-6147, and this is what Utilities records now show. A determination should be made as to the correct address.

Missed paying her bill on time, rec'd reminder notice, called TCI 1/5, made arrangements to pay on Friday. On Weds, man came to disconnect service. She called office, they told her could avoid disconnect if she gives him a check. He said he could not take a check, only cash and disconnected her. Her daughter took check in, but TCI won't reconnect 'til next week, is charging fee, and told her they had no supervisor she could talk to. Subs. feels she tried to cooperate & is being trtd unfair.
