Ms. Taylor co-owner of the Book Corner called to complain the audible pedestrian signals on the north east corner of Kirkwood & Walnut. She finds them very disruptive and unneccesary. She has a space for rent above her shop and she cannot lease it due to the high noise level of the audible signals.

Mr. Jesseph works at German-American Bank, and asked that the tree directly outside the bank be trimmed if possible. When the bank lowers its flag to half-mast (which has happened unfortunately often recently), it gets caught in the tree and ruins the flag.

Jane Spencer of 916 E. University Street called to report a dead doe in the easement behind her back yard.

Received a complaint from Julia Tobin at 4307 E. Bill Mallory Blvd regarding a 6" hole near the neighborhood mailboxes at the end of her driveway. It appears to be a location for fiber optics(?). She called AT&T but they said it was the city's issue. She's concerned that this hole could cause an injury. Who needs to be contacted to take care of this hole? Her ph# 812-345-3399. Citizen called to complain that neighbor is operating a business out of his home in a residential area. Neighbor has signs, increased traffic and has blocked the street with his trailers.
Other residents are concerned and she wanted to know how to tell them to file a ureport.
