MARTIN STATED THAT IN HER NEIGHBOR'S BACKYARD THERE IS A PIPE COVERING OF SOME TYPE (SHE WAS THINKING MANHOLE). THE GROUND IS STARTING TO ERODE AROUND THE OPENING. THE HOLE IS FORMING BETWEEN HER CHAIN LINK FENCE AND THE OPENING. THE FENCE POST IS STARTING TO SINK. MARTIN FEELS THAT THIS AREA IS A SINKHOLE. PLEASE CALL BEFORE COMING OUT.

So upset over this, she has talked to dog owners who don't pick up - showed them the disposal areas, etc. Was told today "it is better I let him poop here rather than in someone's yard."
