these people are calling locally and telling people they are duke energy 800-691-0475 and saying that you are scheduled for disconnect and to call this number to pay the bill. i called and they have the duke energy recording all set up, but it is clearly not duke enegry! This FRAUD NEEDS TO BE STOPPED IMMEDIATELY to prevent elderly from being scammed!

At 900 N Curry Pike, behind our Fire Station there is a homeless camp that is by the railroad tracks. The people living there are causing issues such as drug use, leaving dirty needles laying around, trash all over, and stealing from residence at the park. The Fire Station does not have cameras which they need. They need some kind of security due to these people being right behind them. Someone needs to look into this issue ASAP.
What is going on with catlytic convertors being stolen in this town? Two were just stolen in my neighborhood. Seems like this shouldn't be a problem in a small college town. Have you all investigated the places in town where these could be being sold on a black market?
Street racing just occurred on E Morningside Drive. Did over the weekend too with motorcycles. Please put a stop to the dangerous idiots who do this in a residential neighborhood.
My neighbors at 279 E Varsity Ln play music that is so loud it shakes the wall of our apartment. It goes on for all hours of the day and we have asked them and the property managers to put a stop to it and nothing has been done. There is also a very strong distinct odor of marijuana coming from their apartment that is rather bothersome because we can smell it in our apartment.

Between away games and what appears to be an effort to reduce the volume, I have seen a significant difference. However, I am not sure why, but tonight seems to be worse than ever. Inside our house, I can still hear every word of the loudspeaker. I know when there are touchdowns. I know who scored what. Please speak to the high school again.
Start enforcing against IU golf cart type vehicles. Please require at least a slow moving vehicle emblem or lamp as allowed by Indiana Code for municipalities. Plus they don't use turn signals, don't get over to allow passing, etc. Arrogant, dangerous, and obstructive.
So I applied for a gun/concealed carry permit. I paid the fee, then got my fingerprints. They told me to go to a sheriff so I went to the sheriff's office at 301 N College Ave. They said I had to go to the office on 3rd street. I went there and the building was closed so I could not complete my application. What do I need to do from here?
