My house is only serviced by one internet service provider AT&T but I know my neighbors have the choice of Comcast as well. Is it legal for me to only have one option? Do I have any power to pursue Comcast as an internet service provider option? It seems unfair to me that I would not have options.
I am on the Gentry Qtrs.HOA board and wanted to compliment and thank the work crew who fixed the water leak at Gentry Quarters Condominiums on College Mall Road on 10/20/2015. The crew did a great job of fixing the leak and cleaning up the muddy mess that was the result and did so in a reasonable time. Its nice to see that kind of service from our city workers.

Is there information online or could you direct me who to contact about rules/regulations/taxes? I looked over ordinances and the site at length and could not find what I was looking for. Is there some ordinance about people's animals taking a S@#$ on your yard all the @#$% time? A few folks are considerate enough to bring tools to pick it up, but we are finding this is not the case all too often. People walk their dogs and simply let them S@#% in our yard. This is nonsense. If it happened 1 , 2 times a year, so be it, but that is not the case. If there is no formal ordinance on such matters, so be it, but I thought I would check before anyone was confronted.
I signed my family up for softball and now I don't want to take my kids. There is a lot of alcohol and drug use that seems to be common practice. Not a place to bring your family.

Hello I wanted to report an overflowing spent oil container located in the alley behind the village deli. I've witnessed several people slip and fall and the "oil trail" extends the length of the alley, out onto Grant Street down past kirkwood. In addition the smell is unbearable. Thank you.
Abandoned vehicle: There is a red Ford Taurus that appears to be abandoned in the parking lot at 806 Auto Mall Rd. Vehicle has been in the same location since February. Tires are all flat and parts of the car are coming off. Indiana Plate 380LHY
