The fraternity Phi Gamma Delta has been playing very loud music all afternoon and evening, and it is easily heard inside nearby buildings. Thank you so much for increasing the time for N/S light at Kinser and the Bypass. It used to be only about 4 seconds long. Now it's at least 10 seconds and traffic is able to flow much more efficiently and without waiting through 2 or 3 lights. THANKS!!!

I applaud your efforts in making Bloomington a friendlier place to travel within, in regards to pedestrians and bicycles. I don't drive and have no plans or needs to in the near future. My family sometimes gets irratated by the by-pass back-ups having to take me accross town to school often but I see the workers working so I know the work will be done in a timely manner. Good Job!
