Water from the basement is being pumped into the alley, creating a huge puddle which will freeze, and is flooding adjacent properties. this property has recently changed hands and new owner has returned the sump pump discharge to a place we have made previous owner remove it from. Planning dept. has requirements for parking spaces which must be met in the near future, complainant wants compliance officer to be aware of these requirements and monitor them also.

They feel that the land is unsuitable for development because it appears to be a sinkhole. They also feel that the water retention needs should be addressed before any development is permitted. This apt is in the Woodland Springs complex. apt #B 22. tenant says the roof leaks and she has to use a plunger to get the toilet to flush. She said the landlord gave her the plunger and told her to use each time they flush. The toilet runs over often and they end up with ankle deep water.
