TCI would not install because he doesn't have a TV. Says they should have portable monitor or signal tester so that he can do install while special offer is on. Also says CSR wouldn't give him local franch. authority # and gave wrong FCC #. CSRs should have correct # for FCC, local franch. auth. & corporate and be more helpful

Mr. McCafferty called in to comment on four Bloomington Police Officers on bicycles that were near People's Park on E. Kirkwood Avenue. He said the officers were stopping people on skateboards and he said he saw no reason why there should be that many officers in one place. The call was made from a pay phone at approximately 3:15 p.m. on Monday, July 28, 1997
