She was told by Insight that this service is unavailable at this address, and that in order to recieve this service it would cost her approximately $10,000. I found one of the mailbox banks (mailbox E) at the Adams Village Apartments was found with the panel doors completely open. I cannot tell if the Post Office person failed to shut the doors or if someone broke into the mailboxes. There is mail for several residences exposed currently.

Sidewalks not cleared: 720 S College Mall Rd (E side) & 2628 E Covenanter Ct (E & W sides of College Mall) My wife and I walked to the "Shoppes" this morning on College Mall Road. After climbing over deep mounds of snow on the W side of Covenanter and crossing College Mall Road, we found that there had been no effort made to clear the sidewalk on the E side. Thinking we could return more easily by going North and crossing on Buick Cadillac Drive, we tried that. No attempt had been made to clear this sidewalk either. These are ALL commercial properties that should be responsible for clearing; that had done so for cars.
