Is there an ordinance related to ACs, vents, pool pump, and pool heaters? The neighbors have strung equipment all down the property line. The rumbling noise affects usage of our deck, backyard, and even the west side rooms of our house.

Previous customers trash/recycle containers are extremely filthy and emits the order that is associated with garbage. I am 77 years of age and cannot easily clean these containers out for my usage - and actually wondering why I should have to use previously used containers by previous customer. As a new customer, I am requesting replacement of containers with clean containers. Please advise.
Recently a fence was put up. Isn't this in violation of the UDO Fences and Walls : 20.04.08 (n) (3) A ii. The fence seems higher than 4 feet.
I live in Peppergrass and there is a home on Walnut Street Pike between our neighborhood entrance and the church who seems to have a barnyard full of noisy animals. This includes a rooster who starts crowing at dawn and continues throughout the day. I thought roosters were not allowed in city limits.
