This is a heavily overgrown area. The encampment includes a large tarp roof area and at least one hammock. I observed yesterday at least ten (10) people clearly living in this area.

The City of Bloomington social media is advertising for and promoting the murder of babies who have no voice. I don’t pay city taxes for the mayor’s office and the city of Bloomington to promote murder of anyone. I would like the city of Bloomington to retract all statements promoting the abortion of babies. They are not promoting an “all resources” statement, instead they are promoting scare tactics and only providing information with regards to abortion. Homeless camp behind the railing. There are signs that say, no dumping or you’ll be prosecuted. But, there are junkies living over there. They leave trash anywhere they want, they throw their needles on the ground, they broke into my neighbors house. They were on my property 2 days ago. 1 of them is obviously strung out, threatens people. Somethings going to have to change over here. This area hasn’t been this bad in about 5years or so. They’ve been made to move from wherever they were before, and they need to move again. It’s gross to see in your neighborhood and they’re being thug hoodlums.
