I paid my son's 40.00 parking ticket #I1200280 on line May 9, 2012. Your website said that it did not go through. So I tried it again, and it said there was a problem with the credit card. I tried it one more time and it went through. Well... I received three receipts saying it was paid. Ref. #1 = 10.174.5.142-1372DBC7397-70EF2644-3DD4FC3E Ref. #2 = 10.174.5.142-1372DA975E1-4455AA88-796A35A7 Ref. #3 = 10.174.5.142-1372DA49A86-7BD90C64-518A26FB Two of the three receipts have shown up on my credit card. So now I have paid 80.00 for a 40.00 ticket. Please check into this error and make the necessary changes as soon as possible. I hope that the 3rd receipt does not show up on my credit card. You may also want to look into your website and figure out WHY this happened. I will be looking for a credit to my account and would appreciate an acknowledgement to this issue. Sincerely Karen M. Fourth street parking garage. Friday, October 29, 10:50pm, leaving the parking garage took 20 minutes!!! Only one out lane open - ridiculous!!! Had to pay an extra $0.50 for waiting in line to get out. Should have been 2 out lanes open. Please correct for future!!!!

I was walking into City Hall and a citizen informed me that there was an issue with all the meters on the South Side of W. 8th Street. I am not sure if this is true or not. He said he could not get his coins to work.

Parking Enforcement officer #303, Gary Rutherford, lied about having spoken with me in any capacity after having written me a ticket. County Clerk RayeAnn Cox also illegally refused me my legal right to know my accusing officers name for no reason, and refused to allow me to legally and officially file a complaint against her officer. She could not give me a reason that she refused me my legal right, and waited a full 24 hours with no explanation and no legal justification. They should both be reported and investigated for how they handle and abuse their power, as well as reviewed for termination for not legally serving the public by which they've been given this power.

Hello, my name is Alex Brown and my car keys were stolen from the SRSC last Friday. I am in the process of getting a new car key to replace the one that was stolen but I am concerned that my car might be ticketed or towed in the time that it takes for me to find a replacement key in order to move it. I am unaware of your policies when it comes to issues like this but my car is a Black Chevy equinox with the license plate number WE9196. I understand if there is nothing you can do for me in this situation but I would appreciate any leniency you can give my as far as my car being ticketed or towed under this unfortunate circumstance.

I was issued an unsigned ticket with an unprofessional comment using slang language from an officer. I find this to be very unusual and am uncertain whether the officer is credible as this could not possibly hold up in court. I have already issued an appeal, but forgot to include these bizarre properties in addition. Thank you.

I previously submitted a report about the comments on this ticket and the fact that it unsigned to which the only response I received was that "The language on the ticket is approved by the City of Bloomington per City Ordinances". I find it hard to believe the language "PIX TAKEN" is approved by City Ordinances as the slang term "PIX" is often used as an innuendo and should nullify the officer's credibility when paired with the fact that they could not swear by the ticket via a signature or printed name. I do not think this is appropriate language and I find it offensive and uncalled for regarding the situation. I believe this citation 21202006381 should be waived as a result.

I am from out of state and am here to visit the Indiana University campus with my son. I was unaware of the predatory practices with regards to parking in the Taco Bell parking lot near the La Una Cantina. The gentleman told me a sign was posted, but if the idea that is a tiny sign with a tiny warning says NO parking is justified, then you need to visit Memphis or Nashville where the signs are in LARGE print and can be visibly seen before pulling in. I am filing this complaint and will file for predatory practices as I have video of the towing company circling the parking lot like vultures. It may be part of your city code, but the South does signs and warnings better.
