"Is it illegal to drive this kind of e-motorbikes on the park trails?" I think that all motorized vehicles are prohibited on park trails by city ordinances. I am not talking about on the streets. If so, why we should wait for the review at the October meeting of the Transportation Commission. You also said that "Even with a new ordinance, regulating this type of behavior as it happens will be difficult." It seems that you don't realize the seriousness of this. Even with a new ordinance, if the City does not take this seriously, what is the point of these all new ordinances? Please put a police officer between 4-7 pm on the Jackson Creek trails to issue the citations and warnings to these kids. It is just a matter of time before somebody seriously get injured or worse. PLEASE.

Dear Whom it may concern, I have a question related to my previous report (https://bloomington.in.gov/crm/tickets/view?ticket_id=214067). I saw that many kids drive dirt e-motorbikes threatening pedestrians on the park road. Is it legal for them to drive those motorized vehicles on the park trails? Currently, park regulation prohibit any motorized vehicles on the park trails. I think that they are definitely motorized vehicles because they are not e-bicycle with pedals. Therefore those e-motorbikes are not allowed on park trails under current rules. Am I right? I am wondering why city is not taking action (such as impose fines or warning etc.) for this serious violation. You should see how these kids are threatening pedestrians and stunting on the trails and streets. They are just literally racing in the jackson creek trail shouting "get out of the way" to the pedestrians. I reported this to 911 since last year three times. How long we should wait? It is a matter of time before somebody, either one of those kids or pedestrians, get seriously injured or worse. Please put the police officer on the trail between 4-7 pm. If the police wants to identify them, I have the video of these kids. PLEASE take this seriously. Thanks.

Overgrowth between S Morton to West smith ave. Needs mowed badly. Previously this was dealt with every year but nothing this year. The Madison park community would like clear site line to the B-line trail.

A tree fell down blocking a part of the path in the trails by the twin lakes rec center. The tree is right by the entrance to the trails near the 2800 Kelli's Way building at the Bradford Ridge apartment complex. The tree has been down for a couple weeks now with nothing being done on it

I think it was right in this area, the multi use trail on the north side of 2nd Street / Bloomfield Rd has a ton of loose gravel. Can this be cleaned up?

On the northwest side of 2nd & Walker, the construction work has cut a massive opening in the multi-use path. The asphalt is gone across the entire width of the trail, and there is a probably 5-8 inch deep abyss that is very dangerous on a bike, and would certainly be challenging for anyone walking or in a wheelchair trying to get through there safely. Can this be addressed?

The multi-use path on the north side of 2nd Street near Williams Brothers Pharmacy, west of Landmark Avenue is completely covered over in sand and gravel. It is inches thick. This needs to be shoveled out and cleaned up.

I reported this previously and was told that a Parks rep did not find evidence of vagrants/trash in the woods next to the SOMA trail spur. I just went there now and saw multiple trash piles that indicates that someone is spending time in the woods and leaving trash and likely drug paraphernalia. I would be happy to interact with the representative to show them what I see. I’m concerned about safety on the trail for people and animals and our neighborhood.
