Strong smell of some sort of natural gas coming from the hotel. Made me a little dizzy. On the B-line between the hotel and Wonderlab.

My wife and I noticed Poison Hemlock right on the trail where b-line crosses Rogers by Baywood. Maybe about 4-5 plants. If our child had been walking she would have touched these. Can you guy drive the trail and get rid of them? Thanks for the great trail! Geoff
Hi, I don’t know if the parks department or city cares much about it but there are large patches of Japanese knotweed growing along the trail. It's a tricky plant to get rid of and requires strategic doses of herbicide at specific stages in it's life cycle and for multiple years. Y'all might already be aware and I've chatted with a lady working on other invasives along the trail. I live in Broadview 2nd and have been keeping my eyes out for it to keep it out of the neighborhood. I just wanted to bring it to someone's attention. The subreddit for invasive species seems to have the most up to date methods of attack and discussion I've found. Cutting it down only makes it angry and dig in/spread more. Feel free to call or text if you need any more information from me. Thanks Richard
Large patch of poison hemlock is getting ready to bloom
Running north on Bline with my daughter at ~10:30 am was verbally harassed by a group of 4 men who appeared to be unhoused gathered by the tables adjacent to Wonderlab garden. Comments were of a sexual nature. It would be appreciated if you could step up patrols in that area. Thank you.
Trees down, blocking the Lanam Trail, not far from the Lanam Road trailhead.
There are a couple of trees down across the South Shore trail at Griffy. The trees are around where the blue star is marked on this image: https://imgur.com/a/DJGWoe2

It was recently brought to my attention that the city landscaping is contracted vs performed by city employees. I believe the scope of their work did not get communicated properly. There is a strip of grass from Hopsctoch coffee to the Grimes St overpass which is not currently being mowed. Some of the residents have been mowing it on their own, but not all have. I understand this is the city's responsibility. Some of the grass is much higher than the city allows. Please send someone to remedy the problem. It's not just an eyesore but may bring unwanted critters as well. Thank you
