BUT if nothing has been done, the concrete (?) surround is STILL LOOSE and it is STILL potentially HAZARDOUS to PEDESTRIANS. Thanks! Landscaping Building making loud noises at 5AM-6AM on Saturday & Sunday. This violates local noise ordinances & I expect it to be quiet until at least 8AM on the weekends.
I am against the proposed neighborhood zoning changes that will cause drastic changes to single family neighborhoods by corner multi-family structures allowed under the proposal. Property values and quality of life will plummet, as Bloomington reverses course, and erases the great gains in re-establishing single family neighborhoods in this predominantly rent driven city.

This is a question/concern about the Cit of Bloomington Facilities on the corner of Henderson and Miller. I live many blocks north in the Bryan Park neighborhood. Every morning and throughout the day, I repeatedly hear a ringing sound that reminds me of a digital phone (perhaps a lower pitch of this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GHvalSaaCRM). I don't have direct evidence, but I suspect this sounds is coming from the Utilities Center on Miller street. Does this make sense? If so, is there anyway to reduce the volume and frequency. It’s a nuisance.
Hello! There has been an RV parked in our neighborhood street for around a month, and does not have tags. Individuals come and go from it frequently, to the house it's parked in front of and to the RV. I am concerned about the safety it presents to people in our area. Could the City start a street volunteer group that can do things like paint crosswalks and maybe even fill potholes in their neighborhood? Would love to just get paint and a brush and approval to make a few improvements instead of waiting.
