Hi there! My name is Melanie Nelson, I work in environmental services for Daly City. Our department is putting together a workshop on water conservation in the home as part of our "Going Green" series. We see it as a great way to protect the environment while also educating the community and saving them money, it's a win-win-win situation! Your page, http://bloomington.in.gov/waterwise , has been awesome as a guide for the event planning committee, and we can't thank you enough for posting it! The reason I'm emailing you is because a local middle school class has been helping us with the endeavor as a volunteer project and they (very proudly, I might add) found a great article here: http://www.improvenet.com/a/water-conservation-at-home . The article is a basic overview for children on water conservation in the home and its benefits, with links to several great sources for both children and adults. I think the kids would be absolutely stoked if you were to post a link to the article on your page, they love to help out wherever they can, and seeing the link on your page would show them that they've made a difference and their actions have had an impact (however small). If one goes to your website on an iPad, and clicks on the "view full site" link, it takes you to the home page of the non-mobile site. BUT if you click on anything on that page, it takes you back to the mobile site. If your mobile site included everything that is on the regular site, that wouldn't really be a problem, but your mobile site is very difficult to use, contact information is virtually nonexistent, and if you give the option of non-mobile, then it should actually work. I have been completely unable to locate an email address for Animal Control, because it doesn't seem to be on the mobile site at all.

I tried to send a question and concern regarding an Animal Control issue via this website but it would not go through. I got a message when tried to verify it that Google was sending automatic messages and for security purposes it could not process my request (or something like that). Do you have a suggestion? On the City Council roster page, the link to Mr. Volan's profile is broken. I was able to navigate to his page by guessing its URL, but I doubt most users will go to that trouble. On the Website Feedback page (that is, the page I'm looking at as I write this), the body copy at the top of the page ("Report issues involving...") is either incomplete or not displaying correctly on my browser (Chrome).

I'm trying to pay my water bill, and keep getting this error: Server Error in '/eSuite.Utilities' Application. Runtime Error Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine. Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. Do you have a class C operator's broadcast license? Did you know you can be fined for wire fraud by the F.C.C. for illegal broadcast and having unlicensed transmitting devices? Did your group have anything to do with that extraneous 'on-air' chatter and other illegal broadcasts during the Packers-Lions game last Christmas? Do you know anything about the missing women in the surrounding states? What about those unlicensed construction trucks traveling in the midwest? Anything to do with 'the fox hunt'? Each year I look on this site for information about the Bloomington City Golf Tournament held at Cascades. I can't even find a mention of the tournament. I can find info about the Adult Tennis Tournament, but not the golf tournament. I am looking for basic info such as qualifying dates, tournament round dates and costs. Any info would be appreciated.
