Earlier today, July 19, I called to report a broken tree limb and spoke with Laura. She was very courteous and told me she would report this to the appropriate party. The service was outstanding - within an hour Daryl (Darrell?) was out to 4020 East Bennington Blvd and had removed the limb in question. He was courteous and did a fabulous job. Hello, the wheel of my recycle bin broke off. I contacted you by phone on Wednesday and was told it would be fixed. I left the bin on the curb, but nothing has happened so far. My address is 3826 East Regents Circle, phone 812-345-3284 (m) or 812-335-8064 (h). The bin is still there.

the new utilities payment website is not user friendly. I had to create a new log-in ID and pass word but how can I log-off? Also, I don't want to print the confirmation pop-up window and it seems there's no way to close it unless you just close the website. In this case, I can't tell if my account was logged off securely.
I have never been able to access your website via what is printed on my invoice: www.bloomington.in.gov. The only way I get to the site is via https://bloomington.in.gov. I'm not sure if I am the only one having this issue, but I recommend investigating this issue and correcting your invoices, if necessary.
