There are tall orange cones in front of 521 W. Kirkwood & pink paint marking the lawn & sidewalk. Same set-up across the street. If the city is planning to dig up something--pipes, et, will this affect where the BL Transit can pickup & drop passengers? I catch the bus in front of 521 to go to work. Thanks.

I called and was told I need to discontinue my service online and not over the phone. But your form online will not allow me to type in the address of the property that I need the service discontinued. It will not let me submit the request without this information, but it won't allow me to type in the address. Am I doing something wrong or is your form the issue? Please let me know how I can make the request to discontinue service, as we are closing on this property on Dec 28th. Thanks.

Over the past 75 years, health authorities have promoted community water fluoridation to reduce dental caries. Until recently, however, no studies had examined the safety of fluoride in vulnerable populations, like pregnant women and infants. This video describes the history of water fluoridation and new research that found fluoride is toxic to the developing brain.” http://fluoridealert.org/articles/little-things-matter-fluoride-brain/?fbclid=IwAR0tovpJ3NggXR1qS4Hq3KzZQeq-UKvpnkiUTMMjs7Ij3tS0rhxVwqONbgU Public water Supply & disinfectants The City of Bloomington needs to fallow the work of Fluoride Action Network and their Active EPA Law suits to stop the use of harmfull Chemical's. Will Mayor Hamilton sign the pledge that President Obama has asked mayors to sign to re-evaluate Bloomington's use of force policies? Thanks.

I am attempting to log into my parking account to appeal a parking ticket. I am unable to log in, and get the error message shown in the screen when I attempt to recover my userID using my email geoff.mckim@gmail.com. I called the number shown on the Web site for this error (Parking), and the woman who answered pretty much knew nothing about what I was talking about. After I stated that I called exactly the number that I was supposed to call for this problem, she said "OK, I'll have an IT person look at it." and hung up. Which is fine, but she didn't take any of my information so I'm not sure that will actually result in this getting fixed. Can you possibly clear up his issue so I can log in and appeal the ticket in a timely manner? Thank you very much!!

Since there is a new historic survey approved by council, please fix this link: https://bloomington.in.gov/historic-bloomington/survey Also I would strongly advocate adding a way to search your property on “my Bloomington” by address/Including the survey designation in all of the list of information that pops up when you type in your address there.

After the corner of Winslow and Henderson was reconstructed, there has been a serious problem with the drainage after a good rain. As the photo shows, there is a significant puddle on the south east corner and it takes a long time for it to go away. Pedestrians take a risk going around the puddle. Thank you.

Climate Tax: I do not support Mayor Hamilton’s proposed 37% increase to the local income tax rate to address climate change. Mayor Hamilton has stated that the additional revenue will be used for a “sustainability fund” to “mitigate climate change” and “work for climate justice.” I have no idea what he means by “climate justice,” and the notion that actions taken by a small midwestern city could have any measurable impact on changing the global climate is ridiculous. But more importantly, this proposed tax in regressive and hits people living on a fixed income and the poor the hardest. If you want to help the poor and people living on a fixed income, don’t take any more money away from them for another wasteful government spending program.
